Constellation Station Bridge

Metspray was approached by Atlantic Engineering when issues arose with their incumbent supplier, due to the size and weight of this 27m long, 4m wide, 3m high bridge section.

Metspray collaborated with Auckland Cranes and Machinery Movers to establish an innovative approach that addressed the logistical challenges of this project. Careful planning went into transporting the bridge section to our premises, lifting it over Plant D by crane and manoeuvring it into Plant B for blasting and coating.

Application of the PUR5 coating system was completed in under 5 days, maintaining critical deadlines for this Auckland Transport project.
